SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

Summitwood House operational text alerts are sent only to the property owner and the designated pool service technician. Each recipient provides verbal consent in person, before being added to the alert system, acknowledging they will receive operational SMS messages related to pool service scheduling (completion confirmations and confirmation reminders). There is no public sign-up form, as recipients are a fixed, known list of two individuals. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
